Betradar’s Virtual Gaming Solutions enhanced even further ahead of ICE London 2019

Betradar continues to significantly enhance its virtual gaming offering in 2019 with new In-Play products, upgraded retail Basketball League, an improved virtual racing offer and new competition modes for Virtual Football.

The broader Virtual In-Play Sports portfolio will feature a set of pioneering gaming solutions that offer a real-life, truly-live betting experience. It will include the already available Virtual Tennis In-Play as well as Virtual Baseball In-Play – set to be released in the third quarter of 2019.

An improved retail version of Betradar’s fully flexible widget Virtual Basketball League, a project that continues to perform well across the world, has also been rolled out recently.

The company has already released two new virtual dog and horse racing products this year in time for ICE London.

Betradar’s Virtual Gaming unit has come a long way since it was first established in 2010. As two of the most popular virtual sports, Betradar commenced their virtual offering with dog and horse racing, as well as football, based on the company’s comprehensive sports data, which has been the core business since 2000.

Now, the team boast a wide-ranging virtual sports offering, including Virtual Football World Cup and Virtual Tennis In-Play, which were both launched at ICE last year.

Football has been Betradar’s virtual mainstay since the beginning, having developed several virtual products based on real tournaments, events and players. This will continue to be boosted in 2019 with the release of new competition modes, including the Asian Cup and Champions Cup (a European club competition inspired by the Champions League).

Managing Director of Gaming Frank Wenzig says it’s a very exciting development that the team are looking forward to presenting to clients at ICE this week.

“We are really pleased to be expanding our virtuals offering with even more in-play products, new releases in virtual football and racing and improvements to our Virtual Basketball League,” Wenzig said.

“This includes two new virtual dog and horse racing products, which are powered by Kiron Interactive,” he added.

“As with all our virtuals, they feature the latest CGI technology to offer fast-paced races. Both are available for mobile and online.”

Like all of Betradar’s products and services, virtual gaming is an area which will continue to be advanced based on research and feedback from the industry and clients.

The aim of Betradar’s virtual gaming initiative is to build the most realistic virtual sports as possible, in terms of look, feel and betting experience. As the world leader in virtual sports, the company provides state-of-the-art simulations and MoCap visualisations based on real sports data.

“As part of Betradar’s entire 360-degree betting offering, such solutions are fully flexible and customisable, guaranteeing seamless distribution across all geographies and channels,” Wenzig adds.

“Thanks to one-time e-wallet integration, everything is highly scalable. We’re effectively building a unique gaming platform.

“With the huge success of our mobile integration, all products are available in the Virtual Sports Mobile suite too.”
