ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION FOR SPORTRADAR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Sportradar is pleased to announce that its Customer Support fulfils the ambitious international requirements of ISO norm 9001.

This has been certified by TÜV Thuringia. The audit proved that the Quality Management System (QMS) of Sportradar’s Customer Support and all its processes match the ISO norm 9001. Located in one of Sportradar’s main production offices in Gera (Thuringia, Germany), the customer support is the first point of contact for all Sportradar clients.

“This certification underlines the great efforts we put into quality management,” said Mark Mittasch, Sportradar’s Managing Director Operations. “It also demonstrates our client focus and our willingness to constantly invest and improve processes which ensure good services.”

In modern day markets, quality has become a major economic factor. Customers do not only require a fast and efficient delivery of data, but also 100 percent accuracy of the data provided. Moreover, professional services and an excellent customer support are the basis of any customer relationship. In order to verify that Sportradar consistently meet and exceed customers’ expectations, the company is open and will continue with audits by external sources.

“Following our claim ’driven by facts’, we will continue focusing on our customers’ demands and strive to consolidate the confidence in the quality of our services,” said Mr. Mittasch. The ISO 9001 certification is the world’s most popular and most important standard in Quality Management and a strong indicator for quality and trust to customers.
